Before we treat any surface it is a must that the whole area be thouroughly cleaned with use of
numerous chemicals and scrubbing machinery.

It starts with a pre clean. A pre-clean is performed using a strong alkaline cleaner to remove
fat and grease known as the S085 Wax and Grease Remover. The product is mixed with water and
applied to the floor and scrubbed using a mechanical machine. The residues are removed using
a wet vacuum machine.

A further deep clean is performed using an alkaline based cleaner known as the S055 Green Cleaner.
The use of this cleaner ensures that any contaminants are completely extracted and that the
floor is completely clean. An additional benefit is that old, tired looking floors already show signs
of rejuvenation in appearance.
